• Extended Warranty Items: Specific electronic or high-value items may carry a 6-month or 12-month limited warranty as indicated on their product page.

3. What is Covered

The limited warranty covers functional operational failures and technical defects caused by poor workmanship or faulty materials, including:

• Internal component or electrical failures under normal usage conditions.
• Structural defects present upon arrival or arising from manufacturing faults.
• Inability to power on or charge upon unboxing.

4. What is Excluded (Not Covered)

This limited warranty strictly does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or discoloration over time.
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, liquid immersion, improper voltage supply, or neglect.
• Unauthorized product alterations, self-repairs, or disassembly.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Our technical team will assess your claim within 1 to 2 business days and provide instructions for inspection or exchange.

6. Resolution & Replacements

• Replacement: If the claim is approved, we will issue a direct 1-to-1 product replacement free of charge.
• Store Credit / Refund: If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue full store credit or a direct refund.
• Freight Fees: SAM CLOTHINGS will cover return and redelivery shipping fees for all validated warranty claims within Singapore.
